Friday Favorites: Tree Collar and Barn Door Hardware

Favorite Kitchen Update: From Playdates to Parties updated her small kitchen with some simple changes for a dramatic difference. Some of my favorite parts are the backsplash and the light bright white color.

Favorite Outdoor Living Space: Grandma’s House DIY has me all sorts of jealous with this outdoor living space. It looks so cozy and the weather even looks nice. I can see lots of entertaining happening right here.

Favorite Tree Skirt Alternative: The Red Painted Cottage created the cutest tree collar. It is a great alternative to the regular old tree skirt. I say this one is a win.

Favorite Rug Deal: This rug is gorgeous, a great size and on SALE! Get deal right over here (affiliate link). I think I might need two at this price!

Favorite Way to Finish Barn Doors: Twelve on Main bleached the wood for her barn doors. The effect is GORGEOUS! I now need to find a place to do this in my home.

Favorite Mix of Textures: Texture is a great way to add variety to a room. If you want to keep a neutra or monochromatic palette, try a mix of textures like this.

Favorite Mantel Decor: Mantels are one of my favorite to see decorated. I don’t have one which is so sad, so I have to live vicariously through others. This is on e of my favorites this year. One of my favorite touches is the metal grate.
